The one we selected created a new graphic brand look that projected the desired message – that we care about the financial lives of our members, have all the services and products as the big banks, and that we have the one tangible difference no other FI has – the GiveBack Program. Our team was “Wowed” by the creativity; impressed with NOVA meeting and exceeding design and installation commitments, and they came in on budget. Linda even found time to attend our ribbon cutting. We are looking forward to our next project."

WESTFORD, MASSACHUSETTS – Based in Fitchburg, MA, Workers’ Credit Union (WCU) built a branch in Westford, MA—a market new to the organization. They hired Nova to create a retail program different from the rest of their network with the intention to appeal to the demographic in this Boston commuter suburb. With their tenants—grocery chain Tedeschi’s and the ever popular Dunkin Donuts—occupying the same building, they anticipate high exposure to many potential new members. The story for the program was inspired by the organization’s tag “Doing what’s right for you” and its unique “Give Back” program. Warm, fresh and inviting, many images depict sharing and generosity, and are executed stylistically with a painterly feel. Store customers will encounter WCU’s brand presence with elements visible from inside the tenant space and in the building’s vestibule with a conveniently located, and WCU treated, full-service ATM. WCU provided promotional and testimonial content that are seamlessly integrated throughout. On top of the permanent branded back drop, magnetic panels are incorporated for ease of changeability. The location opened in June 2015.
